Hey all, It’s almost time to wash your Gi’s & take your covid tests in preparation for this upcoming weekend! (But seriously, please wash your Gi—the room of 100 people will thank you) We’ve got a few more announcements with details for the event: Please bring a couple masks in the event that they are required by the State of MN, City of Minneapolis, Hotel, or any other governing body at the time of the event. Check-in for Midwest Taikai will begin at 4:00 PM on the second floor of the Radisson Blu. If you have someone that isn’t training but would like to attend the banquet Saturday night the Cash Bar will open up at 6:45 PM 8/7/21. Dinner will be served at 7:30 PM on the second floor of the hotel, and they can purchase a ticket at this URL: https://midwesttaikai2020.wixsite.com/mysite/registration-waiver If you are getting into town Thursday night, Bujinkan Senjo Dojo will be holding class from 7:30-8:30 PM at 655 Fairview Ave N, St Paul, MN, 55104. This will be off the Fairview Ave GREEN LINE stop for the Light Rail train line. Fairview to Midway is a bit of a rough neighborhood, so keep your awareness if you use the Light Rail to get from the hotel to training. The mat fee is $10.
