It’s time to take some life ukemi. Our hotel called us last week & informed us that they were bought out. So, the event is moving a block over downtown to the Radisson Blu. This means plans dependent upon the location of the hotel will not be impacted by the venue change. (e.g. The Pedal Pub Jess is organizing Sunday afternoon) If you already have a room your reservation will be moved over to the Radisson Blu as part of the event move. I would ask that you double check your reservation with them on 7/15/2021 to give them a bit of time to get organized & ensure that you’ve got a roof over your head. If you do not already have a room reserved, they will be matching the price that we had negotiated at the last hotel. So, you will not be losing out. You can do that at this link. PAC Code is TAIKAI.
